• The only vaccines allowed are those that have been authorized by EMA (European Medicines Agency.) It is your entire responsibility to have an authorized vaccination. For more information, visit the EMA website and check with the health authorities of the destinations you are visiting.UNIBUS IS NOT an authorized entity to approve valid vaccinations.
• Only vaccinated and recovered people are allowed to join the trip (2G)
• The proof of the vaccination has to be shown digitally on a device.
• An antigen rapid test is mandatory for ALL TRAVELLERS.A negative rapid antigen test result taken within the last 24 hours before arrival.This is mandatory and must be a maximum of 24h old. You don´t need the expensive PCR test, the rapid (schnell) test is available at every corner in Germany, it is free of charge for everyone, the result comes out in 15 minutes. The electronic result as phone image or pdf is totally enough for us, you don´t need to print it.

People who present proof of a finished vaccination (at least 14 days after the second dose), do not need a negative test result. In the case of traveling to a non-German speaking country, the certificate must be in English. People who have had the Johnson&Johnson vaccin only need to show proof of the one dose and this vaccination needs to have been done 4 weeks before the trip.

Since the beginning of Covid-19 Crisis, we have paid all travellers a full refund if:

A trip got cancelled by us.

A traveller is tested positive for Covid-19 before trip starting.

We as UNIBUS TRAVEL have never given a voucher to any traveller, instead of a full refund like other agencies do, and we guarantee you to pay a full refund as we always did.

-Busses will be thoroughly cleaned before and after every trip.
-During long breaks (while you explore the destination), the bus will be aired thoroughly.
-Our busses are equipped with anti-virus filters and disinfection dispensers.
-If you have booked a trip including accommodation: We will only partner with hotels and restaurants that adhere to strict guidelines, such as frequent cleaning of common areas and thoroughly disinfecting guest rooms between customers. Partner restaurants will follow enhanced protocols with staff trained in local health, hygiene, and physical contact guidelines.
-Everybody is required to bring face masks. We recommend also bringing hand sanitizer.
-All of our passengers have to show a negative test, an antigen test or proof of vaccination.
-We encourage everybody to social distance while exploring the destination anywhere possible.

a.You will enter through the back door and exit through the front door of the bus. Meaning, we enter through one door, and we exit through the door.

b. While checking in, please keep a 1,5 meter distance from the person in front of you. Same while getting off the bus, keep your 1,5 meter distance from the person in front of you.

c. Wear your OP-Mask at all times inside the bus.

d. You are forbidden from having any type of conversation or closeness to the bus driver.

e. Please inform if other travelers do not comply with the expected behavior.

f. It is strictly forbidden to eat inside the bus.

Note: please dispose your tissues, napkins, used masks, or any other hygienic used products, OUTSIDE of the bus.

Choose your seating considering space between travelers. Remember that your seating will not change during the trip, therefore once you have chosen your place, you will stay there. Unless an extraordinary event where the teamer will ask you to please change seats.

Yes! If you would like to reserve 2 seats, the only way to do this is to purchase 2 tickets. You cannot reserve 2 seats on the bus for yourself, 2 tickets for the whole trips have to be bought. The official restrictions for bus travel of Germany state that every seat on the bus can be taken.

Only the personnel are allowed inside the luggage compartment. If there is something you will need from your luggage, please make sure to have it with you before loading your luggage inside the compartment. Otherwise, you will have to wait until the load off (while checking into the Hotel).

In this case, please contact us immediately so we are able to let everybody on the trip know that someone was tested positive shortly after. This information remains anonymous; however, we need to be able to tell everybody that they need to get tested again and quarantine, so it’s really important that you let us know. The information also has to be registered at the local health department

NOTE:

As you know, the restrictions may change daily. If there are any other requirements implemented by the government then we will communicate them as soon as it’s possible. As the trend is positive lately, we don’t expect stricter restrictions; however, should further requirements arise, they are not a reason for free cancelations. If new restrictions make it impossible for us to carry out the trip smoothly, then the entire trip will get cancelled and everybody on our attending list will receive a full refund.
